    I plan to grow MushMind through strategic branding and marketing on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This also includes paid partnerships with black local mushrooms growers in Oregon and other herbal farmers/entrepreneurs. Along with branding, I plan on hosting educational events at MushMind so the community will get to learn more about the benefits of mushrooms and how they benefit mental, physical, and the spiritual self. MushMind is the start of a new movement when it comes to health, and mental wellness. Amid the pandemic, more Americans now then ever have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. How do we solve this? Mushrooms. We also know that Americans love coffee. I believe Starbucks will be the only company thriving during an apocalypse. With mushroom based coffee, more Oregonians will be able to turn to a healthier alternative that does the same job as coffee but with more benefits. Measure 109 & 110 have passed and I believe Oregon is the biggest city for selling mushrooms. MushMind is bound to grow into a bigger business over the next 5-10 years.

    Four Sigmatic is a multi billion dollar company that provides coffee alternatives through online sales (#1 on Amazon) and subscriptions. They are also available in grocery stores. Mudwater is a newer alternative also only available online. While there are coffee shops and cafe with 1-2 mushrooms infused teas, none of them specialize in this area like MushMind. This gives our company a clear advantage where our target audience are the local of Oregon, Portland tourist looking to learn more about the benefits of mushrooms, and the many ways they can be consumed.
