    I have worked as a property manager for 15 years and own 2 properties of my own. My expertise is in 'buy and hold' properties. The plan is to build an income from the properties obtained from the grants/loans and use the money coming in to scale the business and repay any debts accrued. I have experience, time and motivation to really go at this venture hard but limited access to funding. With the proper funding, I believe we can build this into something that earns good money and perpetuates its own growth. I have observed my boss do it for years and have done it with my own properties as well.

  • Self Identified Competition

    My boss (RTC Property Management) is the only competitor in my area I'm aware of. However, she is not currently buying new properties. I am a compassionate landlord and very responsive to complaints involving any of the apartments I service. I have heard complaints from many people that that isn't so common with landlords in my area.
