While serving in the United States Navy and Army, as well as a private contractor overseas, Nathan Leininger has always had a desire to lead. The inspiration for ShopRocket Group came from personal experiences with pain points while working on construction projects after being injured and returning home to help build a successful general contracting company from the ground up. Neil has been honing his programming skills for over 30 years, having worked for several successful startups. Neil has led development teams in the creation of mobile applications as well as online ecommerce sites.

  • Self Identified Competition

ShopRocket competes with no other online crowd sourced delivery service platforms based on its ability to generate same day/within the hour construction material orders, manage challenges such as customization, change orders, in stock updates and specials, and combined with the ability to help small to large home improvement stores improve/increase their customer base, and boost operational efficiency of remodeling/ construction companies, as well as providing a seamless user experience. Other companies attempt to break into this market by leveraging the existing broker companies with fleet vehicles, of which always run into the same issues as the existing delivery services of the home improvement stores… delayed delivery due to unavailability of vehicles and drivers. We solve this by leveraging the existing crowd sourced delivery network providing greater control over the shopping experience, satisfying their need for speed while offering more visibility into the delivery process. Compared to other online platforms, ShopRocket offers DIYers, construction, and remodeling companies a wide range of in app choices, with over 18,000 home improvement stores in stock items on the Company’s platform, including low cost or no cost delivery, catalog price parity with any other online ordering option and full price transparency with no hidden fees. The Company also competes for DIYers, construction, and remodeling companies with online competitors on the basis of convenience, user experience, control, and customer care. We intend to develop and utilize advanced analytics, for example, Data Collection, Cleaning, Integration and Processing, Data Mining, and Decision Modeling to integrate into an additional revenue stream for partners. We also have a future initiative goal of exploring AI-Optimized Hardware and Computer Vision for parts identification and look up while using our platform on the jobsite.
