Funding Usage
We would like to be able to expand our studio space to offer multiple classes at one time and in order to do that we would need to add an ac unit to the other side of the building and do some heavy cosmetic work. We would also like to add a sink to the office area and make it so that we could rent the space out for events. A new bathroom door that shuts properly, a printer/copier to go on the office area. Additional items would be some light landscaping work on the exterior, add an awning above the front doors to keep sun out during summer as well as a place to get out of the rain before coming inside.

We would like to offer more/different classes in the future, start allowing the space to be rented out for parties; and not just Art & Soul run parties. We would eventually like to franchise the business and expand into other cities in Texas. We have been extremely successful in our first 8 months of business. What we offer is definitely something that people are looking for. We have so many different avenues in which we can expand - the possibilities seem endless - increasing number of weekly classes offered, increase number of birthday parties we can have at one time in the studio, event space rental, offer more adult workshops, host bridal showers and sorority functions.

Self Identified Competition
Cowtown Kids Art Studio Myt Art We have a much larger and better looking/more inviting space. The art projects that we do are light years ahead of cowtown Art and unlike myt art, we let the kids do the art; it is never us doing a kids artwork.
