Funding Usage
I will use funding to help aid with owner income as I recover from the challenges of the pandemic. I will also use funding for equipment and start-up operational expenses for opening a training facility. Currently, I’m paying a gym over half of my revenue to cover rent and taxes. That money can go towards my own facility.

Business Plan
I am a pillar in the community so I’ve developed great relationships with area schools, physicians, and physical/massage therapists. My dream is to establish a facility that allows highly skilled professionals to use the facility as independent contractors, under the vision of APX360. I plan to facilitate programming that will allow clients to have all inclusive access to proper fitness/wellness resources. Phase 1 (years 1-2) - Open training facility with 3 fitness trainers. Use facility and reputation to attract Sponsors. Sponsorship will pay for operational expenses. Phase 2 (years 2-3) - Phase 1 plus, add a Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist. Phase 3 (years 3-5) - Phase 1 and 2 plus, add full staff, including a General Manager and Community Relations Director. I believe in building a business that provides resources for our community. This will include seminars and classes at they pertain to fitness and wellness. I believe I’m unique in my attention to details. This attention enables me to be highly discerning of the needs of the community that I serve and make common things and concepts, extraordinary. I also have sharp vision and know exactly where I want to take my company. I’m a forward thinker. Investors can be confident in my ability to use funds with the future and innovation in mind. Last, I believe excellence is the standard of everything I do. I am confident and well known for my ability to take ordinary and turn it into something spectacular, worth investing in, and something that will yield great outcomes.

Self Identified Competition
Our entire industry is saturated with fitness facilities. My community is no different. While I have competitors by the industry’s standards, they pose no threat to me because they cannot do what I do. That certainly doesn’t minimize their impact. It simply means I’m confident in my ability to appeal to and serve the group of people that need my specific services. My competitors serve with present day in mind. That is, they provide services and oftentimes conform to what’s popular or appealing for that season. My company focuses on the consistency of evidence-based research that is proven to continue to evolve without compromising the vision. I am my company and I have spent the last 20 years adding unique tools to my tool belt that not only enable me to produce several skills but also access the necessary resources through the great relationships I’ve built.
