Gordon | Application Preview
Gordon's government grant application outlines the funding usage, business plan, reasons for funding approval, competition analysis, and competitive advantages of their program.
The funds will be used to purchase a travel bus for events, cover facility usage costs, buy necessary equipment, and pay employees. Additionally, there will be scholarships offered to underprivileged students to support their participation.
In the upcoming year, the program anticipates a waiting list, currently focusing on basketball and football, with plans to expand into baseball, soccer, and fine arts, including the creation of a national-level debate team.
The application emphasizes the uniqueness of being the first post-graduate program in the state to offer both football and basketball, competing with top junior colleges. With a 97% success rate in securing athletic scholarships for players, Gordon's team brings experienced expertise to the table.
Currently, there are no direct competitors, with IMG Sports Academy being the only indirect competitor. The competitive edge lies in the program's ability to compete at a high level, travel nationally, and provide students the opportunity to earn college credit without jeopardizing NCAA eligibility.

Business Plan
Next year we expect to have a waiting list for our program. Currently we are doing basketball and football. In the future we will offer baseball and soccer. We will also incorporate the fine arts aspect in our business and create a debate team that will compete on a national level. We are the first post grad program in the state to offer football and basketball. We play and compete against the top junior colleges in the country, which is unheard of for prep schools. We have a 97% success rate of getting our players in college on athletic scholarships. We have expert experience in this field of work we just need the opportunity to showcase our skills.

Self Identified Competition
Currently we have no direct competitors. Our indirect competitor is IMG Sports Academy. We play junior colleges and we travel around the country. We also allow our students to take colleges courses, between 9 to 11 credit hours so that their NCAA clock does not start and they won't lost college eligibility whenever they transfer to their four year college.
