Golden Vision Society LLC | Application Preview

Golden Vision Society LLC is seeking government grants to establish a safe clubhouse for teen girls in Atlanta. The funding will be used to create a supportive environment where young women can develop their talents and navigate away from neighborhood violence and distractions. The clubhouse will not only provide a sense of purpose but will also include a transportation bus to safely take the girls to events and cultural experiences, including international trips.

The business plan outlines a five-year vision to expand mentoring programs across the country, focusing on empowering disadvantaged youth, with plans to eventually include a program for boys. The founder's personal experience with mentorship has fueled a deep commitment to helping youth, emphasizing the importance of education combined with the arts to steer them away from negative influences.

The application stresses that the program's individualized approach sets it apart, as the founder is dedicated to investing time and resources in each girl's aspirations. The goal is to provide them with the tools and experiences necessary for success, encouraging them to eventually give back to their communities.

  • Funding Usage

I will use the funding to open a safe clubhouse for teen girls in the Atlanta. This building will create a space for the youth to hone in on their gifts and talents without getting distracting from street politics and the violence within their neighborhood. This building will also help them to have a sense of purpose for living. I also will need a transportation bus so that I can provide transportation for the girls to their events and back home safely. I also would like to expose them to different cultures and take them on trips abroad. Some of my mentees have never been out of Atlanta. For my music career, I would use the funding for financing the rest of my album and music videos. I create music that helps people heal through different traumas. I create music to help others feel joy and feel good about themselves.

  • Business Plan

In the next 5 years, I plan to open other Golden Vision Society mentoring program centers that will help empower young women around the country. I cater specifically to the disadvantaged youth and I hope to expand into creating a boys mentoring program as well. Investors should invest in me because I am truly passionate about helping our youth. I find this to be a lifelong passion of mine and this is why I became an educator. More specifically, when I was a teen, I had a mentor that helped guided me through life struggles and it has helped made a big impact in my life. This mentor encouraged me to keep my education as the forefront but also explained how it could help expand my life in ways that I never imagined. I also believe that combining academics with the arts will help keep our disadvantaged youth off of the streets and show them that there is more to life. I would like to be able to expose them to fine arts and take them on college tours. I want them to be able to experience the world abroad and know that there is more to life than just their neighborhood. My hope is that the good I pour into them will allow to become successful in life and return to the neighborhood/ mentoring program and pass the torch on to the next generation growing up after them.

  • Self Identified Competition

I am not sure of who my competitors would be. I just create a program that empowers teen girls to be the best versions of themselves. My mentoring program is very hands on. I am fully invested in the hopes and dreams of my mentees.
