862178708 Sweet Natura | Government Grant Application

862178708 | Application Preview

The grant application from business 862178708 outlines a strategic plan for funding to launch a healthy dessert brand. The applicant, Angye, aims to leverage the funding for several key initiatives. The first step involves lab testing to improve nutritional information and shelf life. Following that, funds will be allocated for professional packaging, renting a commercial kitchen, and obtaining necessary permits for retail distribution. Marketing efforts are already showing promise, with trial advertisements on Facebook achieving a remarkable 5% conversion rate.

Angye emphasizes a gap in the market for truly healthy products, highlighting the shortcomings of existing options that often contain unhealthy ingredients. After struggling with weight issues, she was driven to create a delicious, vegan, low-carb, and sugar-free cookie that meets current dietary trends. This product is positioned as a unique and nutritious option lacking in the current marketplace.

The competitive analysis reveals Angye's awareness of other brands, such as Bougie Bakes, Lewis & Larry's, and Quest, noting her product's advantages in pricing, flavor, dietary friendliness, and ingredient quality. The application asserts that the product's nutritional profile is superior to competitors, making it a promising addition to the health-focused market.

In summary, the funding would help Angye take essential steps toward launching her innovative dessert, which she believes has strong potential for success due to its unique attributes and growing consumer demand for healthier options.

  • Funding Usage

The first step I'll take once I get financed will be to send my product to lab testing in order to obtain the appropriate nutritional info and extend shelf life (it already lasts about 2 month in great shape because almonds dont get bad easily). I will then invest in professional packaging and rent a commercial kitchen to get the permits I need to get the products in supermarkets. I'll then invest in professional marketing. We have already done marketing trials through facebook and we have received great response. According to some research I've preformed, a good conversion rate for facebook and is between .9% to 2%. The conversion rate in our trial adds (not made by professionals) has been 5%, which already is quite amazing. Once I get the public's response for our products I would like to hire business advisors to help me determine our next step

The conversion rate in our trial adds (not made by professionals) has been 5%, which already is quite amazing. Once I get the public's response for our products I would like to hire business advisors to help me determine our next step We all know that it's very hard to find trully healthy products in the market. Most products marketed as healthy are either cross contaminated (so people with allergies cannot consume them), contain tons of sugar (such as special K. Which I was obsessed with as a child until I discovered it was one of the reasons I became overweight), contain sugar substitutes that are still processed by our body in the same way that sugar (ex: coconut sugar, agave, maple) , which makes them inappropriate for the consumption of diabetic patients, or just taste horrible. I am Angye, and am a perfectionist who is obsessed with her healthy dessert business. I've struggled with overweight ever since I can remember and upon graduating from high school I decided to start doing something, so I began my search for the perfect product that was a combination of delicious, vegan, low carb and Sugar-free. I am very demanding 😅 but I had already been to more than 7 different dietitians by the age of 15. So I actually ended up learning a lot about what I should and shouldn't eat. And that was basically nothing that tasted good😪 I'm addicted to desserts and a very determined person so I would not just give up. Therefore I began creating my own perfect dessert. One that had everything I wanted and surprise! The end product was even better than what I could have ever imagined. This product is an all in one edible nutritional treasure inside a cookie. It is ACTUALLY healthy. Finally!! I created a product that has great nutritional value, keeps up with current dietary trends (vegan, keto, gluten-free) and actually tastes good (and they do taste great, believe me. You'd be surprised). You could say, but Angye there are other products like that in the market. NO there aren't. If you actually take your time and read through the nutritional labels of those "healthy" products (and you actually have to take your time because those nutritional lables are LONG) you'd know for sure that what we have right here is trully special.

  • Self Identified Competition

▪︎Bougie bakes (new dessert business on the rise) very famous already in California. Made it into erewhon market in a bit more than 3 active business years. Our advantages over them: Better prices, better flavor (yes, I tried them), ALL of our products are vegan, more child friendly-which is a HUGE market, we don't use oils (they use coconut oil which is high in saturated fats) ▪︎ Lewis & Larry's: This healthy cookies have no healthy component to them. They are high in sugar, carbohydrates, unhealthy fats, contain cholesterol, normally contain ingredients such as milk and peanut (they are not allergy friendly) ▪︎Quest: One can always dream 😂 I'd love quest to be my direct competition one day. Advantages pur product have over theirs: I have not met 1 person who actually likes the taste of those products, their texture is horrible, like play dough, long ingredient list, ingredients such as sucralose which can decrease the amount of good gut bacteria by half I truly believe that I've created the perfect healthy dessert. I have consulted nutritionists who are amazed by the product. There are so many benefits to it that it is almost impossible for it to fail in this current market in which people are requesting healthier products. This is literally the ultimate healthy product. In terms of nutrition and health benefits it even dethrones Quest. A company that succeeded in its time because of the lack of a product similar to it. And now our cookies are that product. There is really nothing like them in the market. And believe me I've looked. This business is a piece of carbon waiting to become a diamond and as small as it is right now, it has already proven that it will trully be profitable with the daily return of our customers (we have repeated customers every day)
