Business Plan
The immediate plan is to further my education in the field of erosion prevention. The first step being to complete my level 2 certification for the state of TN. This certification would allow me to design erosion prevention plans for contractors. Following the level 2 certification I am to obtain a septic installation licenses. The certification and license are to help increase the income rate for the company and the profits are to be invested into the growth of the company by purchasing tools, equipment and real estate. Reliability. The key to the success of Obair Contacting is being reliable. I was able to see that the community was lacking a reliable contracting service and so I founded a reliable contracting service. Since then I have made many sacrifices and over came a drastic career change. This has only fueled the desire to succeed and to continue to pursue further achievements.

This company offers some products for erosion prevention, but the selection of products and the quality are both lacking. Middle TN Erosion. (Nashville,TN) This company is most comparable. They supply and install the same materials that Obair Contracting offers. The company is not local and cover a large area this creates a slow response time and higher pricing. The location. Obair Contracting would be the leading supplier of erosion prevention materials in the area at the day of opening. Some of the local contactors hire outside companies to supply and install. Obair Contacting has replaced the competition for some of these contractors and pursuing more each day. Stocking the products in bulk would allow us to offer lower prices for our local contractors and provide the opportunity for the contractors to support a local business instead. They competition also cant offer the same response time for last minute product purchases or installations.
