I am looking to redefine the relationship between land lord & tenant by not playing to todays over inflated markets to keep rental properties honest, affordable & attractive to potential new renters. I am trying to redefine landlord/tenant relationship by closing the gap in the rental property market between very expensive properties & "slum" properties. As a veteran...meticulous attention to detail in preparing, renting & maintaining rentals properties is at the top of my list along with profit & fairness to the consumer. Also, being personally involved & approachable plays well into the rental business which is typically plagued with waiting & miles of red tape.

Not being a typical real estate company means there are no "please hold" phone calls & no run arounds. I am also an electrician & have a lot of plumbing, tile, sheetrock & HVAC experience so I will not have to spend capital on contractors for day to day maint and/or relairs and remodels.
