Business Plan
I plan on opening an office outside of my home to be able to do one on one work with clients in private setting. I would love to have a large enough space to have some gym equipment to help my clients get stronger and gain stability after finishing their stretch and mobility session. My biggest goal is to work with women who are trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum. I want to be their go-to for trying to conceive naturally, maintaining good mobility and stability throughout their pregnancy and regaining their strength postpartum while feeling good in their bodies. I love what I do and how rewarding it is to know that I can help women get out of pain and discomfort in just a single session, but they love coming back for more sessions. With the new certification I want to get, I will be able to help women not just feel good but to help them conceive naturally without needing to spend thousands of dollars on IVF.

Stretch Zone Stretch Zone will hire anybody to put through their basic certification without needing any formal education or even knowledge of the body. The service I provide is completely different than theirs. I also have my MS in Sports Science and Rehabilitation plus other certifications in bodh work to go along with my certification that is considered the gold standard in assisted stretching.
