Double Trouble Seafood | Application Preview
Double Trouble Seafood is seeking government grants to support significant growth and operational expansion. The funding will enable the business to hire additional employees, allowing for extended operating hours and the acquisition of more equipment necessary to meet projected increases in customer volume.
The business plan includes plans to open up to four new locations following the successful optimization of operations at the initial site. The founders, who have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, emphasize their unique qualifications. They have managed multiple restaurants, including Central BBQ in Memphis, where one sibling served as General Manager and the other as Pit Master. Their combined expertise positions them to build a strong brand in Double Trouble Seafood.
In terms of competition, the business faces establishments like Red Hook, Straight Drop, and Crumpy's Hot Wings. However, Double Trouble Seafood's competitive edge lies in its diverse menu, which appeals to a broad customer base and offers late-night service when many competitors are closed. This strategic approach, coupled with their industry experience, is aimed at making Double Trouble Seafood a popular choice among diners.

Business Plan
I expect to expand by adding up to 4 more locations once I've perfected operations in the original location. My twin brother and I have worked in the restaurant industry for half of our lives and managed several restaurants. The most recent restaurant was Central BBQ (Memphis) Where I was General Manager and my brother was Pit Master. We know what it takes to build a successful brand. With the right resources, we'd be able to make Double Trouble a household name.

Self Identified Competition
Red Hook, Straight Drop, Crumpy's Hot Wings We are different because we've developed our knowledge about the restaurant industry through experience. We've worked in sandwich shops, wing spots, bbq shacks. We are different from most of our competitors because our menu has something for everyone. Our large selection guarantees clientele and we offer it late night when the other restaurants are closed. We feel these variables set us apart from most of our competition.
