Funding Usage
With this funding we plan on taking our business to the next level by expanding our job opportunity further than Connecticut. We currently staff with only Connecticut workers because it is affordable. We are looking to staff workers in the southern region of the US who have professional experience as traveling selectors/order pickers. Traveling teams are very costly because they are aware of their financial worth and the expertise they bring to the table in order to get the job done effectively and correctly. Each person will require domestic traveling fare via plane, bus, or train. They will need lodging accommodations for temporary living via per diem pay. Lastly, they'll need funding for daily transportation to and from the job site. If our agency can secure this additional funding to support such operations, we will become very profitable while increasing our potential clients' employment numbers and productivity rates.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years we plan on seeing extreme growth. Not just growth in employee numbers, but client numbers, branching off into other warehouses who struggle with retaining workers. We want to see expansion across the US, we want our name to be in multiple states not just CT. We want to be able to provide more job opportunities for people who need and want a job. We want to do fundraisers, community service, and hold other types of events in order to be involved in the community. We want to become a bridge between the warehouse industry and the working community. Our end goal is to be able to provide resources, valuable information about working in warehouses, trainings, and express how in demand warehouse workers are and why we are needed in order to make product production/ operations smoother for all stores and other working fields. We want to become one of the top temporary staffing agencies for warehouses and with the dream of truly expanding we hope to become a full blown temporary staffing agency for other fields such nursing, office jobs, and etc. when we reach that point. Investors should invest in my company because my partner and I didn't come from much and decided to have a dream, create a strategic plan to build this dream, and we took the necessary steps in order to execute this plan beautifully. My partner, Ricardo Brown, and I, Joseph Rivera come from different backgrounds but we found a way to connect and come together on a different level because we have the same goals. We both have collectively 2 young children amongst us, my daughter who is 7 and his son who is 4 and they are our purpose. We strive to create a better life for them in the present and formulating financial wealth that can later become generational wealth that can be passed down to them. My partner and I worked together at Bozzuto's Inc. Distribution Center in Chester, him for 10 years and I for 8 years. During those years we sacrificed so much time away from our kids because we worked long hours, we wanted to reach numbers that would make us the top workers in the warehouse, and we barely took days off in order to maintain financial stability for our kids. We built strong relationships, trust, and business networks while working at Bozzuto's that when we pitched our idea to start a staffing agency to the VP of Bozzuto's, he believed in us and gave us his full support. He knew that we would know how to scope out quality workers with experience, drive, and determination because we were those type of workers for him and because of that connection Bozzuto's became our first clients when we started our business. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity, knowledge, and strive Bozzuto's instilled within us and we plan to maintain our partnership with them while creating other partnerships across the US on the same merit. With that being said, with any additional funding this can all be possible and we hope that investors can see and visualize our vision so they know that we are definitely worth the investment.

Our top 3 competitors are: 1) FHI (Freight Handlers, Inc.), have been focusing on staffing for carriers, vendors, and distribution centers for over 30 years 2) STS (Staffing & Temporary Services), which has been active for over 30 years and provide quality temporary and permanent staffing for a variety of industries. 3) Humano is the most similar to our company because they too only provide staffing for distribution centers in order to improve their product operations. Also, they were founded in 2017 so they are fairly newer like us. What makes us different from our competitors is that we are a staffing agency that is dedicated to the industrial industry. We only staff for warehouses right now and because of that assisting with employing warehouses is our expertise. The name of our agency is, S.Q.P.S., which stands for safe, quality, productive, support. We created an innovative solution that combines the process of referrals and direct hire, while focusing on retention. This process has already proven itself as successful with the previous and current warehouses we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We are aware of the challenges industrial employers face when it comes to retaining workers. The industrial industry is not an easy one when it comes to retaining workers, especially during busy season. We specialize in staffing experienced people who have prior history in working in such environments. This includes associates that are already conditioned to operate the machinery, come with a preconceived knowledge of safety, and knows how to perform well in the discipline they are assigned to. In most cases, our associates need minimal to no training and they have the proper skill to work in a speedy manner, which enables them to get out on the floor and perform as a competent worker in no time. Our associates will prove to be highly productive and Hardy. They can display all the attributes of a native warehouse worker while being new and remaining safe. Also, our contracts are fair and robust, and our business model is direct and effective unlike our competitors.
