Funding Usage
I would like to request the above amount to allow for the set up of my business to run and continue to run effectively and successfully. The money would be used as following: $250 get a printer/scanner/copier with ink to be used as a multi-purpose tool in the office to scan in documents and check images and keep the book keeping current and accurate. $100- get a quality shredder that will not only shred the documents such as checks and previous statements but also one that will collect them with a can included. This will allow the clients I serve the privacy of items such as any banking information as well as addresses and other personal information. $500- this would be the budget to allow for an updated computer system with a program such as quicken books to help organize the flow of business in and out. This would allow me to have updated numbers on an ongoing basis should I need to make any adjustments to my business. $300- this amount would be used towards storage racks to help organize and manage supplies. This would allow me to keep additional items needed so that less time is spent ordering and getting supplies. Ordering supplies in bulk and storing them would save a lot of gas, time, and money in the long run. This would also allow for me to have more accurate ordering numbers to see profits and gains without any missed inventory. $450- This would be put towards additional items such as backup supplies. Some of my favorite supplies would be Bissell vacuums, scrub daddy products, The Pink Stuff, and other items such as scrapers, various cleaners, as well as several brush options to clean various items needed during cleanings. $250- This would allow for me to get assistance with the remainder of items that need to be set up such as using my already purchased domain to make a website as well as facebook page and learn to use facebook and specific target audiences. I have been very busy which has put me in a bind as to not having as much time or experience to get these items set up. Having a marketing person help with these items would be able to bring in a significant amount of additional business. $200 this would be used for vehicle repairs and maintenance such as oil changes and tire repairs. This would allow for me to make sure my work vehicle is ready to go places any day at any time. $250 this would allow for me to use discounted memberships such as Costco for gas and fuel. This would be put towards a membership towards Costco and then the remainder being put on gift card to allow use for work purposes. $200 this would be put in the business account and saved for any unexpected costs associated with the business. There are always hidden items that need to be paid for and or purchased. This would allow for me to have a small amount ready for those unaccounted for items.

I have been running my business currently at an average of 80% capacity rate with no advertising. Once I get items in place such as website and facebook page I would be able to advertise and double my numbers. When this happens I already have 3 part time employees who are commited and ready to work to allow for me to grow my business. This growth would allow me to pay my employees an average amount of $20/hour so that I can help out local families with employment and work. Marketing would allow me to target any type of audience I would like for additional cleans this could be as useful as the area of town, the income of the home, the title of the home owner, business owners, as well as rental property managers. I am sure you have heard it all. I will just start by telling you I have really worked hard to get where I am. I am a mother of two children and a single mother at that. Since being a single mother I have been able to push myself through school with an Associates degree following a Bachelor's degree with two minors. I have been working multiple fulltime and part time jobs to allow me to be able to do this. I have the drive an ambition and I do not back down. I have a personality to show for it as since going fulltime with my business word of mouth referrals have been very successful for me. I would like to be able to show my full potential and sometimes in order to do that we need a little bit of assistance and help along the way. I intend to keep this as my full time ongoing business and I hope one day I can teach my children to follow in my footsteps and be as determined as they can be in pursuing their dreams. I would love the opportunity to prove to my children once again sky is the limit and we never keep working on our goals and dreams.

Self Identified Competition
There are several cleaning services in the area I live and work. I do not refer to these businesses as competitors. I just last week helped another solo cleaner. I allowed this cleaner who is new to these services to come and shadow me a few days so I can show her how to be more organized and how to clean specific items, places in houses with the most cost effective cleaning material as well as time management. I am happy to help those around me. I strongly believe in strong people building up others around them. We are not in this life to compete with one another we are in it to lift one another and help build those up around us who might need the assistance. I feel that the numbers of booking speak volumes on what I have to offer based on me never advertising. I have a unique business and we are home oriented. We take care of not only the home but the people in it as well. I have over this past year taken on entire extended families for cleanings due to one family member referring me to another. I have also helped people who I was cleaning for transition into other roles in their lives such as retirement, smaller or larger homes, post surgical, transitions from independent housing to assisted or independent living facilities. I am always happy to make someone's day brighter and help them however that may look. Every client has different needs and I am very attentive in listening to what each family/home/person needs.
