Funding Usage
My business partner (who is my wife) and I are trying to pivot to owning a brick and mortar location to begin our dream of owning a game store in each of the 50 states. Right now we only do online sales. We want to provide a place where individuals and families can come, play games and have fun. In order to do this we would like to have enough to fully stock our store and cover at least 6 months worth of expenses for our store. These funds if obtained will help us launch a brick and mortar location. The amount of $100,000 will be used in the following ways: 1, It will be used to obtain a brick and mortar location and cover at least 6 months of utilities and rent on that location. 2, It will be used to stock our store in the following ways; we will buy resin and filament to print more dice and miniatures for dnd. It will help facilitate the purchase of multiple boxes of Magic The Gathering sets going as far back as we can to provide a variety of product for our clients as well as counters and play mats. It will allow us to purchase a plethora of DND equipment, including Books, maps, and dice. 3, It will help us buy the furniture for our store, this will include tables, chairs glass display cabinets, etc. 4, we will be able to buy an iPad for POS system and inventory purposes. 5, we will be able to cover over a years worth of marketing. I will be working with Renowned Marketer Dennis Yu, who is a friend of mine to help me with a solid marketing plan. 6, we will be stocking our store with snacks; chips, soda, monster energy drinks, etc.

Business Plan
We intend to begin expansion into the other fifty in the coming decade. We want to get locations in Colorado, Idaho, and Arizona in the next five years. We want to get our business to the point in the next five years where we are making over $100,000 a year. This will allow us to open more game stores, and help those less fortunate than us. Creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and safe has always been at the forefront of my mind. Any store I open will be like this. Add to this my innovative mind I bring plenty of unique things to the table. My wife and I both have high functioning autism. For years we have heard doctors and therapists tell us what we can and cannot do because of our autism. Getting these funds and launching this business will allow us to be self sufficient, and provide for our family. It will also help us provide for others, both in terms of eventual jobs and in terms of a safe gaming space. It will allow us to prove all these doctors and therapists wrong. It will give us a chance to allow our creativity show, and help us fund this very profitable venture.

Self Identified Competition
Game Grid, Game Haven, Game Den. Game Grid has three locations, one in North Salt Lake, one in Layton and one in Ogden. Game Haven has three locations, one in Bountiful, one is Sandy, and one is West Jordan. Game Den has one location. I think that there are many things that set us apart from our competitors. I will share my top three. 1, My wife and I are innovators. My wife and I have spent the past four years studying what the average person needs from their local game store and we are ready to provide that. 2, We want to create a safe space for all people to come and game. I have noticed and observed that at some game stores some people don't feel welcome and don't stay long. We want to have an environment where all feel welcome. 3, New and unique products. I spend a lot of time trying to come up with new and unique products for the nerd community. I have invented several new and unique products that I will be selling at my store.
