All Out Entertainment LLC | Application Preview
All Out Entertainment LLC is applying for government grants to address significant financial challenges exacerbated by the pandemic. Despite being established for ten years, the business faced a two-year decline to zero revenue, leading to accumulated debt of $15,000. The LLC had initially received a limited $1,000 from a $10,000 SBA grant, which has hampered their recovery. The requested funding will be used to pay down existing debts, support website promotion, and invest in essential equipment like a new computer or camera for streaming and recording.
The business plan focuses on developing several digital assets, including a major sound pack, various sound packs, and tutorial content aimed at artists and musicians. With annual membership fees set at $20, there's a clear strategy for growth, projecting the business to reach six figures in revenue within five years.
The application emphasizes the founder’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his craft, highlighting a personal commitment to creating a stable future for his young son. Competing primarily with Guitar Center and platforms like Splice.com, All Out Entertainment distinguishes itself by offering personalized services, tutorials, and affiliate links for pro audio gear, with plans to expand its community through Patreon and Discord. The website aims to leverage social media for promotion, building on existing momentum and subscriber growth on their YouTube channel.

Funding Usage
Acquiring the gear needed to accomplish the tasks at hand has taken time. My LLC was started 10 years ago but the past 6 I’ve been building the content and digital assets to release in the market place. When the pandemic began it took my profitable business and dropped it to $0 for almost 2 years. I recently began getting some work but the expenses in that time became overwhelming. I had applied and was approved to get a $10,000 grant from the SBA which later changed the rules and I only received $1,000. If I had gotten that grant then I would be in much better shape because I would basically be caught up on all my bills. I am now $15,000 in the hole with expenses and trying to catch up now that business is picking back up. My operating expenses are about $5,000-$7,000 per year to keep upgrading technology and creating tutorials with new equipment along with keeping the website running. So to summarize I would use the funding to pay down company accrued debt due to the loss of business during the height of the pandemic and put the rest towards promotion of the website to generate more income and maybe a new computer or camera to add to the studio for live streaming and recording.

Business Plan
With the help I can spend more time focusing on finishing a bunch of new digital assets including 1 major sound pack, a software instrument, 10+ sound/loop packs, create new tutorials for members of the website and promote it across social media to grow the platform exponentially. Memberships are $20 per year and in this market for access to this information and exclusive deals artists and musicians will support. I see this growing to multiple six figure business in the next five years. I am an entrepreneur. I have done sales and music lessons my entire life. There is nothing I am more passionate about. I graduated high school and did not go to college. I know what I need to do in this life and I have been blessed with the ability to achieve it. If it weren’t for the pandemic I would be in much better shape physically and financially. I have a five year old boy who depends on me as a single parent and I am committed to this business for the security of his future. If you are willing to help us out, I will not fail.

Self Identified Competition
Guitar Center - a retail store that offers sub par lessons. I used to work there however their financial position currently is basically bankruptcy. There are other small businesses but none I would even consider “competition” There are plenty of videos on YouTube however my website will be offering more of a personalized service and affiliate links to sell customers the pro audio gear they need and more. Splice.com offers loops and sounds along with software from 3rd party developers. They do not offer tutorials or hardware however and using their loops has gotten some artists in hot water legally. My company offers tons of services. Through our website we are selling hardware through affiliate links, Software, sounds, tutorials and more. Our YouTube page is now nearing 1000 subscribers and growing. We are close to monetization on that platform. We plan on creating a patreon and launching our member only discord soon. The site is up and running and now its just a matter of social media promotion. I’ve watched others grow their businesses exponentially using similar methods and I am now in a great position achieve everything I set out to do from the start.
