Imperial Evolutions LLC | Application Preview
Imperial Evolutions LLC is seeking government grants to fund essential equipment, worker uniforms, vehicles for transportation, office supplies, and to cover unforeseen material and labor costs. The business aims to leverage 20 years of hands-on experience and training to establish itself, starting in Jacksonville and expanding operations towards Virginia and other shipyards.
The applicant emphasizes their extensive experience and certifications, highlighting their determination to change how smaller companies compete with larger firms in the shipyard industry. They assert that their strong work ethic and respect from high-ranking naval and government personnel justify the need for funding.
In terms of competition, the main rivals are Epsilon, East Coast Repair, and Technico, all mid-sized companies with limited capabilities in the gas-free services sector. The applicant points out that finding skilled labor in this field is challenging due to the lack of formal training.
What sets Imperial Evolutions apart is its comprehensive service offering. Unlike competitors that subcontract various tasks, the applicant claims to manage all processes in-house, from tank opening and cleaning to inspection compliance. This efficient, all-inclusive approach allows for lower bidding while maintaining profitability, thereby positioning the business as a formidable competitor in the industry.

Business Plan
I plan on growing my business by taking 20 years of hands on training and on the job experience, and making it work for myself. I am the blueprint, and after years of making companies rich, its time for me to benefit from myself. Starting in the city of Jacksonville, via Mayport Naval station, then continuing operations towards Virginia as well as other shipyards, drydocks and commercial yards. Investors should invest in me, not just for the 20 years of experience and certs that I bring to the table, but the mentality to chanhe the way smaller companies compete with larger companies, and tje willingness to to make my company outlast any competitor in the shipyard industry. I have outstanding work ethics and is highly respected from personnel of the highest positions in the naval and government field.

Self Identified Competition
Top 3 competitors are Epsilon, East Coast Repair, and Technico. All which are Mid size companies, but they all have a small Gas Free department. Good workers are hard to find in this field, mainly bacause you dont go to school for this type of training. Its in the field, hands on. The different between my competitors and myself, is that I do EVERYTHING! One company may only open and close tanks and they sub the rest out. Another company may clean the tanks and maintain ventilation, but sub the rest out. Im the ONLY one that does everything from start to finish. That includes opening Wafs and hanging tags, opening tank, pump and clean tank, maintain ventilation, update log every 24hrs using 5 sensor gas meter, closing tank after satisfaction of inspection by government and clearing all wafs and tags. I dont have to sub anything out. Im like a one stop shop that can bid low and still make tons of money. That's what 20 years gets you, and that's why they wont be able to compete with me.
