Self Identified Competition
In the world of collectibles I have several competitors. From the big box stores to the local guy selling at a toy show. Truly my biggest competitor is myself. Understanding what’s trending and the importance of flipping product is truly the key to success. Market trends are extremely volatile in the collectible industry. So researching daily and staying ahead of trends is crucial to the success of my business. What sets me apart from my competitors is customer service and customer satisfaction. In my current job role I spend most days finding solutions for my clients. In doing so I have created long term relationships. I take the same approach with my personal business. I go above and beyond to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. I’ve received praise for my expedited shipping, packaging product with extreme care and going the extra mile to fill any and all request.
