50,000 is the estimated quote I got for renovations for my food truck . I have used my saving to buy the truck itself but unfortunately I am unable to to pay for renovations on my truck at the moment with it being so high and my business being a small business. With this truck I will be able to be available to more demographics in Louisville and Kentucky area to increase sales and profit . My goal is to make this a big attraction to the city and generate new ideas in the food industry within the city , also highlighting our young chefs wanting to grown their food business.

As a person in the Food industry , every restaurant and fast food company is my competitor. They offer variety , cheaper prices due to having connects to big farms and companies and easy access to people with things like door dash , websites and more . What makes me different is I offer things , these big companies don’t ; quality, good customer service , and love . When you can get a home cooked meal , at a reasonable price and good customer service , it’s worth the extra couple of dollars ! My food is amazing , I have many customer reviews and feed back and they are always far from disappointed. That’s because unlike big companies , I take my time to clean , prep , and cook my food . There’s not 100 different people touching , cooking , and serving your food in a rush to get you in and out so everything is handled and made with love .
