    We plan to use this funding to open up our new location on 657 Central Ave. In St. Petersburg, FL. This area is a highly populated area with a good amount of foot traffic. Unfortunately, the rent is 6,500 dollars a month, plus utilites and all expenses. We will use the money to build a bar, redo the floors, put up dry wall, hire a plumber, all the installation, and decorating/remodeling. We have estimated that it will cost us around 80,000 to get this place up to par.

  • Business Plan

    We plan to grow our business by opening at least 2-3 more locations in the surrounding St. Petersburg areas within the next 2-3 years. Once we see that our newest location is running smoothly and is profitable, we will move on to the next location and try to get it up and running. We plan on creating an atmosphere where people want to come in and hangout for a while. This isn't going to be the normal "grab and go" cold pressed juice bar. We want our place to inspire customer's creative energies and spark a healthy living dynamic. Although we will be selling beer and wine, we are going to carefully select the types of beer and wine that are locally sourced and tie it in to our theme of healthy choices/eating. Life is all about balance! We are going to eventually tie in liquor and do craft cocktails with our cold pressed juice. There are no other places like this. It would be highly marketable, because people are going to be under the impression that although they are indulging in a few drinks, it is going to be a healthier option to kick back and relax. This idea is creative, innovative, and new. There are no places like this in any major city. We would love to be the first one's to introduce this new and fun idea, that you are able to mix antioxidants in with an alcoholic beverage. Investors should invest in us, because we have curated this cool and new idea that health can be intertwined with fun and creativity. We want to promote healthy living, but also a life that is all about balance. Investing in us would allow us to pursue this idea in a way that we wouldn't be so strapped for cash. It would create an opportunity for more than enough marketing to get the public to know what we are doing and have them come and join in on the fun. It would also allow us to create the space to be an environment where people come in and want to stay a while. It takes a lot of hard work renovating an empty building, but it also takes a good amount of money as well. With the money, we will be able to execute our plan to the fullest.

    Our top 3 competitors are: Karma juice bar Soho juice bar and Squeeze works I believe all of these competitors have more than one location. We are going to be different from our competitors, because we are going to offer juice cleanses (which have been shown to be highly effective), and we also want to incorporate the craft cocktails once we are able to obtain a liquor license. Both of these are going to make our juice bar stand out tremendously.
