Funding Usage
I will be using funds to grow my brand through paid marketing, Website development, SEO, paid partners and organic finding. I intend to use Meta, InstaGram, Google and TikTok paid ads. I intend to hire individuals once I hit my goal of 50 accounts closed to help with organic business finding and retention (see additional info).

Business Plan
Year 1 I plan to build out a website and sales funnel. Once I've successfully built these out, I will implement my client retention plan which involves sending a mailout to my clients each month and following up with them bi-weekly to ensure their satisfaction. Once I've closed 50 accounts or more, I will hire on a few individuals to actively find and close new business as well as help with client retention. Year 2 - Hire a total of 5 sales/retention agents and close 200 accounts. Expand business to states surrounding Utah. Year 3 - Hire a total of 10 sales/retention agents and close 500 account. Expand business nation wide. Year 4 - Hire a total of 20 sales/retention agents and close 1000 accounts. Year 5 - Hire a total of 50 sales/retention agents and close 2000 accounts. Many local businesses in my area are struggling to stay afloat and stay profitable. They often don't understand that they have options for their payment processing needs besides going with a bigger business in the game like square or stripe that charge larger fees. I'm able to lower these businesses' card fees to put more money in their pocket each month, and save them time so they don't have to deal with often difficult customer service of these bigger companies.

Square, Stripe, PayPal. Because I'm a business owner, I'm able to be directly in the back pocket of my clients so they can eliminate taking extra time to talk with customer service of another company. I also work directly with several banks which allows me to beat the card processing fees of almost every other company. Businesses are unnecessarily paying higher fees with my competition and losing out on thousands each month. I intend to reach over 1000 local businesses to help them save thousands each month.
