Iris Esthetics Bar LLC | Application Preview
Iris Esthetics Bar LLC is seeking government grants to support its first year of operations. The funds will be used to purchase essential tools and products for the business, ensuring it runs smoothly from the start. The owner, a service-connected disabled veteran, has utilized the GI Bill for initial licensing and certifications, and has found a mentor, Kabreah Carneiro, who is helping guide her to success.
The business plan includes transitioning to booth renting within three years, allowing complete control over supplies and profits. Advertising efforts are underway, and with a planned expansion of the building in two years, additional opportunities for growth are anticipated. By the five-year mark, the owner aims to achieve significant success with Iris Esthetics Bar.
The application argues for funding based on the owner's dedication to overcoming challenges as a disabled veteran and her commitment to hard work and service. The company differentiates itself from competitors like Paisley Moon Salon and NT Nail Spa by offering a luxurious experience and staying up-to-date with training and trends in the industry. The owner expresses a strong desire for support to help the business thrive.

Funding Usage
I would use any funds granted to the business exactly for that, the business. The expenses I listed previously such as the facial tools/implements, makeup etc. I'm estimating that to come close to the amount I requested for the first year of operation. I received the GI Bill from the VA and was able to obtain my initial license and certifications right after I got out of the service. Since then I've met Kabreah Carneiro, my mentor who is guiding me and my business to prosperity. I would love the people who believe in me and my business to immediately see it thrive! I would be more than grateful for funding, I've already been so fortunate with all the support and opportunities afforded to me so far. I cant wait for you to see how I use this funding to change everything!

Business Plan
Within 3 years of operating I will be booth renting. This means that I would be completely in charge of all aspects like maintaining all supplies/products in order to receive all profit from my services. This is definitely going to happen with all the mentoring and dedication I have. The plan to achieve this has already commenced, I'm advertising and actively building my books. The building owner plans on having another location within 2 years which would mean even more room for financial opportunity with that. I truly believe that in 5 years I would be prospering and successful as Iris Esthetics Bar and in charge of all aspects of my business. Someone should invest in me because it would be bettering the future I've been working so hard for. I would be so grateful for people to hear about my business and support it. Being a service-connected disabled Veteran transitioning into a business woman comes with challenges but I will forever be proud and sacrifice for my dreams to come true.
