Funding Usage
We are hoping to expand to a larger location. we have outgrown our current facility. The current commercial property options here are limited and many cost over $200,000 to purchase. With a larger building we can take on more patients at a time. Provide clients with better quality experience and expand to other forms of care than can be reached in the current facility. our current building is not handicap accessible which is unacceptable. We provide a service that is not available in over a 100 mile radius. We have had clients travel 115 miles for care that only we can provide. We provide a service that helps our manual labor population. From farmers, to oil field workers, I need to be able to reach these people and provide them with the medical care necessary to carry on their strenuous work. More room and a better facility is the only way we can provide more and better care.

We hope to have least two offices and possible a physical therapy location within a facility. More space is whats needed to offer more care to more clients. Summit therapeutics is unique when it comes to treating our clients. The treatments we provide, are able to not only help clients to avoid day to day pain, but also help several clients that have been told they will never feel relief without surgery. We are guaranteed increase in revenue with more space. We have a waiting list of clients wanting to see us, but there isn't more space to meet the demand.

Self Identified Competition
The hospital and its phyiscial therapy facilty is our biggest competitor. This work goes along side the work we do in our clinic. However the hospital offers only further review and offer medication for relief. Annas day spa has been in business the longest. They were the first massage/Salon facility in this area. So they have longer term supporters. However they provide a moment of comfort vs our care which provides the mobility that offers longer comfort for those in chronic pain. Chiropractic work is vaguely in the same area. Many of my clients have tried Chiropractic care before coming to me because the care wasn't helping. Summit therapeutics is the Holistic option that provides relief at your first appointment. With the treatment options, clients that have not received relief with others competitors, have been able to come to our office and get immediate results. The therapy that we offer is not like anything available by my other competitors. We have clients work through their issues in only a few treatments and are recovered. Many of my competitors can't promise recovery. Our clients leave feeling better and educated with techniques to achieve more healing between treatments. This is what makes us different and better.
