Business Plan
We are company not limited to doing certain loads. We will have a variety of options but mainly focus on products that people NEED on a daily basis for we know, that will keep the business going and growing. Amazon will be one of our main choices for the load board and they have peak season from October to January and that will be our highest demand of service. We will continue to put the necessities first and fit in other loads around the necessities. My vision isn’t just hopping in a truck and delivering freight to customers. I look to build a relationship with my customers. Relationships last longer than them just seeing my face every week. I’m very particular with how I spend money I receive, earn or invest would strictly go to my business. I’ve had a lot of experience with trucking my father did it for 34 years and I just want to use what my father taught me in the trucking industry and apply it.

Self Identified Competition
Campus 99- I actually worked for this company some years ago. I learned a lot from this company and how to conduct my business and being professional this LLC is no longer existent but he does under a new LLC which I don’t know the name. MBK4L LLC- this company was trying to hire me a few months ago. I didn’t like the way I was presented the job I wasn’t asked for my checking account info or dot/drug screening upon them trying to put on a route right away. I could’ve been anybody who just care about money. I felt that was a lack of professionalism and I took note of that as to something I wouldn’t do. Your people on your team is a reflection of your business. McCuin Trucking LLC- a good friend of mine from high school got her business going and has flourished! I couldn’t call her a competitor because of the history we have but I know she would invest in my company in the future she is definitely somebody I will be doing business with soon but understandably she wants to see some growth before she does. I ask her questions all the time and she guides with her best knowledge. I would have to say this company is a competitive teammate I have professionalism and training In this industry. I have connections to other trucking companies that are in growing season. I have the will power and determination to make this my everyday thought. As a business owner, I understand how time consuming this will be and I will need to pay attention to every detail. My experience alone is what sets me apart from my competitors. I have truckers ready to work with me that has done this line of work for 10-20 years I’m very careful of who I hire and I plan to take care of my team financially to where other employees would want to work with me. I want to give back to my community and invest in other parties and companies that mine could benefit from. I have ideas on how to make smooth transactions on deliveries in a timely matter. I will be the leading shopper in Dallas Texas 5 years from now
