Place flyers, door hangars, promotional materials, etc. in surrounding neighborhoods, business, and corporations. Training to learn how to reupholster furniture and add to business structure. Year 2-5: Repeat from years 1-2. Open a storefront where I can resell the furniture that I acquire and refurbish. Self Identified Competition
Currently my competition are privately owned companies that work directly with furniture stores who assemble and fix their furniture. As of now furniture reupholstery is an untapped market in my region, specifically Delaware, so I would be bringing a whole new stream of income to the market. What makes me different is I bring a level honor, respect, and devotion to duty that is unmatched.
