Business Plan
I have been in business for 25 years. I will continue to watch children in my home. My husband is a Teacher and I am a Daycare provider. Our house was built in 1968. It has very little insulation and the original windows. Running my Daycare at home I have to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer. The cost is starting to get so expensive. I do not want to stop serving the children in my community. Just want to help with utilities so that I can make more of profit in my business.

Self Identified Competition
At this time I have a waiting list for children to come to my home. My business is very secure. I have been in business for 25 plus years. I am well know in our community and would like to continue my service.
