Our plans for funding are to be able to hire and pay employees fair wage, provide ourselves with income instead of using our profits for income and payroll as we currently have to do. We also would like to fund advertising and reliable company transportation to expand and provide our community with more jobs.

Business Plan
In the next five years, we plan to grow our business to be able to cover more area in the Charlotte, Concord, Kannapolis, Huntersville, and Harrisburg areas. We also plan to hire additional employees including our older children that will at that time be out of school or in school but available for work. This is part of our plan to pass our business down in the family as our children grow up and become able to assist in running it while we work on other projects to further build generational wealth. Investors should invest in us because we are a family, with plans and intentions to provide our community with a reliable and beneficial service while creating stability and success for ourselves and children for the long term future. To do this, we need reliable company transportation, efficient supplies and tools to complete jobs in a timely manner, with safe and reliable equipment purchasable with extra starting funds unlike the funds we have to use from our profit to purchase low quality supplies due to financial ability. By doing so, this will give them and us opportunity for self created success, and a lineage of productivity and financial stability. This not only helps our family personally, but it takes one more family off of government assistance and into self sustainability.

According to research, the top three competitors in our area for commercial and residential cleaning are MC Powerhouse, Inc., Salaking Klean, and Spring Clean Charlotte LLC. Our business is different than our competitors because I as the owner and my assistant have experience in hazardous waste handling, home maintenance, yard maintenance, and other areas that are equally beneficial in working in various settings not only for safety but for accuracy and knowledge of the business. I also have education in business management as well as the roles I perform for our business that do not require hiring other companies and keeping our profit within our family and local community.
