In five years we know we will have provided five homes to five happy families. That means we expect to own five properties in five years (one property a year) for families in need, senior citizens, disabled families and anyone who needs our assistance. Growth comes naturally if you are dedicated, hardworking and your purpose is to help not hinder people. Our plan as a business will be to provide enough housing so no one is homeless and will be able to afford housing in high pricing areas. My wife and I know the struggles of trying to find housing in high costing areas. I am a retired combat Marine veteran, who served in Iraq & Afghanistan who wants to make a difference in this world. When I returned home from both wars, I was disappointed to see our streets being lined with poverty and homelessness. My wife and I sat down together and came up with a plan to start a business that would not only help our community but help the world get back on track with this disheartening crisis we have in our great nation. Our motto is “help one family at a time to be successful on their journey “. We want to make a difference in our community and in the world. Investing in us would mean you care about our homeless crisis as much as we do. This is a challenge we must all fight together to achieve one common goal. Senior citizens have paid their dues in life and now that inflation has driven most of them to be on the brink of being homeless. It’s our duty to do what we can to assist our mothers, fathers, grandfathers, grandmothers and of course anyone in need. Our business is all about being honest and dedicated to people who need our help. We appreciate your consideration and time, thank you.
