Unsure I purchase properties by seeking out off market deals. I send mailers to home owners who have properties that are in rough shape. I fix them up and sell them on the open market to home buyers. Some times I keep them as rentals depending on cost. I seek out those houses that nobody wants or that people are unable to sell and I fix them and put families in them.
