Business Plan
I plan to grow my business in the next 5 years by building more and more homes in Arizona. There are far too many homeless people here. There needs to be more housing. My main objective is to make enough money to be able to build homeless shelters here in AZ so that we can help those that need it. Investors should invest in me because I am a highly motivated person. I am self-disciplined and totally determined to make this business successful. My final goal is to help others. I feel that helping others is a way of helping myself. I feel better when I help others and I feel that making the money for my family so that we can come together, be financially successful so that we can help those that can't help themselves. I want to build homeless shelters for those that need a place to lay their head at night. Arizona has a really big homeless problem and I don't know if they realize how bad that is.

Self Identified Competition
I don't really know any Real Estate Investors that are nearby. I do know that Jerry Norton is an REI, but he lives in Mesa, AZ and he's also a mentor. REIs are more helpers than competitors. We all work together to help each other, we don't really compete with each other. As I said in the previous answer, we don't compete against each other. We work with each other and mentor each other.
