STEVE ‘ DRY CLEANERS CO | Application Preview
STEVES' DRY CLEANERS CO. is applying for government grants to cover essential expenses such as rent, taxes, insurance, and utilities. The primary focus of their business plan is to survive the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic. They pride themselves on providing excellent service and believe in building a loyal customer base over time.
The owners assert that their funding request should be approved since they own the business entirely. Currently, they face little competition, as two other dry cleaners in the area have closed due to the pandemic, leaving them as the sole provider.
Their competitive advantage stems from their expertise. The husband handles the technical aspects, including understanding chemicals and repairing machines, drawing on his experience as a production manager at Mr. TUX. The owner manages alteration services, leveraging her background as a seamstress in Vietnam. Overall, they are confident in their skills and know-how to operate effectively in the industry.
