Our Company is looking for funding for hiring and training. Our trade in the industry requires a lot of training and a lot safety materials for us to have the ability to properly employee and execute a great insulation process for our customers. We would use funding to update all of our safety PPE, order in bulk for back ups, SPFA training courses and membership for certifications to all our sprayers, in house training for office staff as well as field staff. We would update our equipment materials to help for a more efficient process of insulation for our staff and customers. This funding would allow us to set up a training field in our local office to help with new sprayers becoming comfortable with using the machines. We would update signage for OSHA and proper safety processes. This would also allow us to hire an estimating person to assist with the flow and demand of our product.

Our company plans to grow by investing in our staff. We plan to grow our company by structuring teams for a more aggressive job completion timeline, allowing us to full fill the demand that is coming in. We plan to coordinate a sales team that will assist in the educational aspect of spray foam giving our customers confidence in their home's investment option. Our company is also on trend to coordinate with other trades a simple process for our metal building customers, to allow customers to utilize our network for a customizable all inclusive metal building, insulation, electrical and HVAC product. This will simplify the metal building buying process for our customers and allows us to grow with other trades in the industry Investors should invest in our company because we are one of the few spray foam insulation companies in the area. We provide a specialty trade that gives an eco friendly, highly durable product in insulation. Our first competitor is MPI Insulation, they are out of the Raleigh area and specialize in Spray Foam Insulation. The only other competitor close to our area EcoMaster Insulation Contractors and Home Performance Experts, they are also out of Raleigh. There are currently no spray Foam specialist in the Wake Forest/Franklinton area We are a small family owned business. Our owner has been passed down the knowledge of spray foam insultation from his father. We value each other, respect family values, and always ready to take on a challenge. We work together as a team and do our very best to make our customer's insulation experience feel like they are investing into their home rather then just doing it because they need something to fix. We have no problem with going the extra mile and will tackle jobs 4-5 hours away when needed!
