We are currently in the process of implementing a strategic growth initiative with the help of C4 Consulting. C4 is a firm that specializes in the area of alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs and facilities. With the help of C4 we are going to expand our facility so that we can double the number of men that we are able to care for and we will be able to add additional programs that will play a critical role in each man's recovery. We are asking for consideration because our facility and staff are at their present limit. We need to be able to grow the programs side of the therapy and recovery we provide so that the men can actually make consistent progress toward their recovery. We are the only facility in Northwest Arkansas that programs a residential living program combined with therapy and life skill development. Out waiting list for men wanting to come into our program is regularly 25 to 50 men.

There are some facilities that provide portions of what we provide, but no on offers the complete package that we offer The uniqueness of our proprietary program and the commitment of the organization to ensure that each man leaves Souls Harbor with a steady footing so they can confidently reenter into their community.
