With today's current market, advertisement has been the only option to expand business. Every platform has a large amount of money to engage in order to stay competitive. My business focuses on the use of green chemicals that do not harm the environment. We also aid in the elderly so we can provide detailing with out them needing to do so.

I plan to grow the business by the following: - Hiring managers to handle operations - Hire two lead technicians who can provide training and help with management of technicians - Hire 10 technicians who operates in a mobile fashion - Rent/purchase garage in order to provide in-house detail - Provide non-profit detailing for the lower income - Branch out to maid services industry Investors should invest in Squeegee LLC, because we are the only detailers in the market that is trying to reduce the affects of chemicals and extreme water usage on the environment. A normal car wash expends over 70 gallons of water and utilizes extremely harmful chemicals on vehicles that strips off finishes on the car paint. The chemicals are also harmful to the environment that ends up in the sewer. Squeegee will be using less than 3 gallons of water per car detail. That is 67 gallons less than a car wash. Squeegee will also utilize biodegradable chemicals that do not harm the environment. We believe that this movement is important as there are many vehicles and with the number of chemicals used, we believe Squeegee's environmental practices can reduce the harmful effects to mother nature. Squeegee also wants to create a product line of biodegradable chemicals that are effective in cleaning and environmentally safe. We want to spread the news of using safe products in order to reduce chemical exposure and the detrimental effects on nature. The products created for car detailing can also be used for household chemicals. This allows many to utilize safe chemical options inside their house and for their vehicle .

Self Identified Competition
Currently, the main competitors are car wash tunnel businesses. We want to tackle this by provide mobile services where Squeegee technicians go to customer homes. This saves the gas and time for customers. The second competitors are detail shops. They provide a higher grade of detailing services as their environment is more controlled. However, Squeegee wants to approach this competitor through the convenient services provided by a mobile business and the lower costs. Lastly, the third competitors are local mobile detailing businesses. There are a few out providing detailing services, but they are opting for strong chemicals. Squeegee would like to tackle this by providing customers environmentally safe options to detail their vehicle. I have a mindset to grow and scale to provide detailing services at a national level. I believe that with Squeegee can provide the car washing and maid services industries with safer chemicals used for work. We also focus on the use of DI water. This protects the paint finish and allows Squeegee to reduce the water usage to 3 gallons. We also want to release a line of modern cleaners that are biodegradable that can be used in every cleaning situation and not just car cleaning.
