SHE Kleans Everything, LLC 845090066 | Government Grant Application

SHE Kleans Everything, LLC | Application Preview

SHE Kleans Everything, LLC is seeking government grants to expand its operations by securing a larger home for proper storage of materials and supplies. The applicant is looking to cover initial costs, including approximately $3,000 for a deposit and first month's rent for a split-level home, as well as $2,000 for backup cleaning equipment. The remaining funds would serve as a financial cushion until the business sees growth.

The business plan starts with residential cleaning to establish a solid customer base and a positive reputation. Once a sufficient clientele is achieved, the plan is to transition into commercial cleaning contracts, which generally offer higher revenue. As the business grows, the owner intends to hire up to 20 employees, maintaining a hands-on approach to operations.

The proposal emphasizes the unique value of honesty and integrity that SHE Kleans Everything offers, contrasting with competitors like Maid Pro and The Cleaning Authority, which prioritize speed over quality. The owner highlights a commitment to providing top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and treating clients' homes with care and professionalism, distinguishing the company in a crowded market.

  • Funding Usage

I prepare for my business from my home. The funding is for a bigger home so I can store material and supplies properly. The average cost for a split level home in my area is around $1200 to $1500 a month. The deposit is equal to the rent, so to move in I would need more or less $3000. I would also need $2000 for back up equipment. Anything more is for a security blanket until business picks up.

  • Business Plan

I plan to start out with residential cleaning to build my company's reputation. Once I have a a good clientele I plan to move to commercial cleaning, where the contracts are a lot more and demanding. At that time I will hire more individuals so they can help me build my brand. I would like to stay under 20 employees so I can always remain hands on. You should invest in me because I bring what no other company has and that's honesty and integrity. I take pride in all that I do and I aim to satisfy all who are involved. This isn't just a business it's my entire livelihood. My family depends on me so there's no room for playing around. A bet on me is a sure thing.

  • Self Identified Competition

My biggest competitors are home cleaning services like Maid Pro and The Cleaning Authority. Honestly these are good companies to work for, however they focus more on the time more than anything else. I know time is money, but quality is what keeps them coming back. When I worked for these companies our houses would rotate as well. It was hard to get to know your client so they were comfortable having you in their home. Also the pay for the cleaners were not that great. I brought home less than $1000 a month. I focus on the quality of my work. I don't just clean I take care of your home. I am very knowledgeable of the fabrics, surfaces, and products I use. I'll treat their home as if it were my own.
