    With the additional staffing with expertise in marketing and design we will be able to reach more customers. I also need another trainer other than myself to help create more classes. I am currently training Fours days per week and I need time to grow the business. I plan to expand my services to every state by submitting to Local tv spots with discounted rates. I will utilize a pool of contacts in several major cities to help us advertise. As we grow, we will be able to hire accordingly no longer needing a grant. We are on track growing 3% per year, but with the grant we hope to increase our growth to 7% or more each year. We are also utilizing the services of the Small Business Development Center to ensure we are on track and ate not missing vital processes during our growth. We are a small consulting company with federal and state compliancy across the board. We keep our paperwork up to date and our books as well. There is a tremendous amount of work for us, but without having staffing and the space we are forced to minimally operate. I am the owner and I love what we do. Our clients have seen growth and satisfaction with all of our services.
