Business Plan
After the initial funds have been utilized, and because we will be recycling funds within the company, our goal is to have multiple houses bought on the market that have been renovated to quality standards so that we can sell or rent. Growing up in Salt Lake City I am passionate about the growth of the community. Being an army engineer for 5 years I have learned trades and skills that will help me to build these communities. And knowing the locals of Salt Lake City makes it easier for me to network and will help to lower the unemployment rate by helping to provide jobs.

Self Identified Competition
David Weekly Homes, Angie's List Remodeling, Whipple Service Champions I am here to rebuild and give back to the community, while also taking in people from other states. The economy keeps growing and real estate continues to increase so I want to make sure that the local community has affordable homes while still creating real estate that is appealing for people moving from out of state.
