Maza Fitness LLC | Application Preview
Maza Fitness LLC is seeking government grants for a total of $76,000 to support its expansion efforts. The funding will be allocated as follows: $42,000 will be used for purchasing new equipment, and $34,000 will be directed toward renovating a new facility, which includes installing bathrooms, mirrors, lighting, flooring, and audio equipment.
The business plan focuses on introducing a morning membership option, expanding from current afternoon private client training. This change aims to attract a broader community audience. Additionally, hiring assistant trainers will enable Maza Fitness to serve more clients per hour, increasing revenue potential.
Currently, the business relies on word-of-mouth marketing; however, there is a plan to leverage social media and technology for a targeted marketing campaign to reach more clients.
Funding approval is framed as an investment not only in Maza Fitness but also in the autism community. The owner has nine years of experience training individuals with autism and aims to create a dedicated space that serves this underserved group, offering various specialized training programs.
The gym will also focus on educating youth in the community about proper exercise for both physical and mental health. Despite competition from established gyms like Training House, Sweat Performance, and JDyer, Maza Fitness differentiates itself through its autism program and personalized training approaches.
The owner emphasizes the importance of individualized programs, even in group settings, to achieve the best results for clients, setting Maza Fitness apart from competitors that often employ standardized training methods.

Business Plan
First will be to implement a morning membership. As of right now I only train in the afternoons my private clients. Owning my own facility will give me the power to offer memberships for the community that will be limited to morning sessions. This will allow my business to market to a broader population. Hiring assistant trainers under me will grant me the power to train and help more people per hour leading to a greater revenue stream. As of right now I have built my clientele through word of mouth. To reach a larger crowd I will use social media and technology to embark on a marketing campaign to attract a larger amount of clients to my business. By investing in me, you are also investing in the autism community. I am happy to say that I have been training individuals with autism for 9 years and going. This community is under served in many ways. My gym will be a location of health and well-being for the autism community offering multiple training programs. Another group of individuals you will directly be helping is the youth of our community. There is so much information on the internet that is right and also wrong. For 9 years I have grown my clientele and am proud to say that I have educated them on how to properly exercise for not only physical improvements but also mental improvements. Your investments will be used to expand my reach by allowing me to open up my own location with these priorities at the forefront.

Self Identified Competition
Training House, Sweat Performance and JDyer are all well established specialized gyms. The main difference is the Autism program that I run currently. Many people don’t think twice about this community of individuals. Currently my business trains multiple individuals with autism. With my own gym I can create a bigger and better impact in the autism community. I pride myself on offering individualized training programs even in group settings. Regardless of how you look at it every human is different. These differences require individualized programming to ensure the best results. Most group training facilities offer cookie cutter programs. This is exactly why slowly but surely my presence is being noticed by the community.
