Bohemian House | Application Preview
Bohemian House is applying for government grants to establish a community arts space aimed at supporting young artists and enhancing art education. The funding will enable the creation of resources designed to foster artistic development and to provide opportunities within the local arts community.
The business plan focuses on expanding through community engagement, targeted advertising, and educational programs. As a women-owned small business situated on Main Street, Bohemian House aims to serve the local community by creating an arts center that prioritizes education for youth and minority artists, thereby enhancing their access to artistic opportunities.
There are no local competitors, which underscores the urgency and importance of establishing this safe and diverse arts space. The owner’s competitive edge lies in extensive research highlighting the community's need for such a center, coupled with her experience as an art educator dedicated to supporting youth and minority groups who lack access to these resources.

Self Identified Competition
There are no local competitors in my area. This drives my passion to create a safe and diverse arts space for the community.
