Funding Usage
We will use funding to expand our current retail operation and eventually move it to a permanent location on the property. We would also use funding to purchase a larger delivery truck as we have out grown our current refrigerated box truck's 8 pallet capacity. Additionally, funds would be used to upgrade our current computers and office equipment.

Business Plan
We wish to purchase the warehouse/retail building we are currently leasing. We will move The Stand to a permanent building dedicated to The Stand. We will build this on a cleared lot of the current property. It is approximately 50 yards from the current warehouse location and has even better road frontage that where it is currently being operated out of. This building will be the final resting place for The Stand and will be able to function on its own. It will have its own cooler, a small deli area, produce cases, milk and butter cases along with other retail displays and areas. Investors should invest with us because, “It’s not about us.” Peirce’s Produce, Inc. set out in 2018 to build a company to supply a job for our friends and family. Most importantly, Peirce’s Produce, Inc is a place that the local farmer can bring their product and have the confidence that they are being treated honestly and will never have to wonder if they are being paid fairly for their product. At Peirce’s Produce, Inc we have combined nearly 90 years of produce sales, food safety and operational produce warehouse experience. Between all of us we have seen large companies come and go and not treat the grower with the grower’s best interest at heart. We have seen and experienced the large companies only care about their bottom line and how many packages they can get out for themselves. Over the years this has caused a distrust among growers in our area and we intend to be the company that growers can trust to be fair, honest and transparent. Therefore, we have adopted the motto “It’s not about us” because we want to build a company that is sustained for generations to come. We also feel that our community had a need for a local company that could supply year round fresh produce and goods at a reasonable price with high quality.

Self Identified Competition
Wholesale- Currently we do not have any know competition. J & J Family of Farms left Tennessee in 2017, leaving the local growers with nowhere within a reasonable distance to sell their product. The closest area in which they could sell pallet quantity of product is Asheville, NC. This would be a 2-2 ½ hour (one way) trip for growers to take their product at the end of each day. Retail Produce Stand- While there are produce stands in other counties, there is no other produce stand in Jefferson County. We are all service oriented professionals with a combination of nearly 90 years of produce sales, food safety and operational produce warehouse experience. We genuinely care about our growers and seeing them succeed. We also all live, work and worship in this community and want our neighbors and their families to have somewhere to buy produce and goods that they can trust and enjoy.
