Dynasty Karate Studio | Application Preview
Dynasty Karate Studio is applying for government grants to secure funding for purchasing a building and upgrading its electrical and plumbing systems, followed by acquiring essential equipment like mats, punching bags, and training weapons. The studio's business plan focuses on gaining community support and prioritizing the well-being of children. It aims to foster positive relationships with local law enforcement to demonstrate that adults can be trusted and supportive figures in children's lives, regardless of their background.
The application highlights the importance of investing in youth, criticizing politicians for their lack of genuine commitment to children's welfare. The founder emphasizes that funding this project means investing in the future of the kids in the community.
In terms of competition, other local karate schools offer shorter classes and limited engagement in tournaments or community events. In contrast, Dynasty Karate Studio differentiates itself with longer, more intensive classes and active participation in regional competitions and demonstrations. The studio also integrates community leaders, such as local police officers and pastors, into its programs to provide mentorship and support to the students.

To buy a building and get the building electrical and plumbing up to date first then buy equipment that I don't have already for example (Mats, Punching bags and Weapons)

Business Plan
First I need to get the community to back me and put the kids first. To get the local law enforcement more involved with me to show the kids that all adults are not out to hurt them or abuse them. By working with the community and showing them that I am commited about helping all children of race and financial backgrounds. Lets just face the facts politicians say kids are our future on every platform I've came across in the past 10 years. They would be investing money to someone that actually care for the kids and not the title or status that politicians do and never care about the kids. When you invest in me you invest into our future of the Kids.

Self Identified Competition
Karate World is in Mullins as well. Champion Martial Arts is in Marion. They both do 45 minute classes. They hardly go to tournaments or do events with their kids. Both schools close down for months at a time for no reason that the public can see. I push my kids to be their very best that they can be. We travel all over South and North Carolina doing tournaments, demostrations, and doing fun activities. I have an hour and half class. I have local cops and pastors to come in to talk to the children.
