Customer service has always been an important part of our vision and we will continue to serve our customers with respect and honor. This vision will help retain current customer and gather new customers through referrals. I also plan to get more involved in networking events to increase awareness of our business. Investors should invest in me because I will not let them down. I have 3 beautiful girls and everything I'm doing is for them. I am seriously committed about making this the best chrome shop in the country because it has the potential and we have a great team that is ready to go to work and make it happen.

Self Identified Competition
We have 2 close competitors. One of them is not much of a competition because we have a different audience. There is no parking available at that location. Our store is four times bigger than that location. The 2nd closest competitor is in a truck stop, 30 miles away from us in Indiana. Our bigger competitors are big e-commerce merchants. We are perfectly location just minutes away from 3 main highways where trucks can park, come in, browse our beautiful showroom, and very soon have their items installed here as well. Our main advantage is our customer service. Most of the new customers that visit us, come from referrals. We are big on helping customers by providing innovating ideas for their trucks or finding solutions that will fit their budget and make their trucks look astounding while still being in compliance. Another huge advantage is that we are bilingual. All our employees are fluent in English and Spanish.
