Accel Consulting Group LLC | Application Preview

Accel Consulting Group LLC is seeking government grants totaling $221,000 to enhance their work on violence prevention and support for women, specifically in the context of sexual assault awareness and response. They aim to leverage their experience from conducting mandated evaluations of sexual assault and response hotlines within the Air Force and Air National Guard to drive meaningful change.

With the requested funding, they plan to create comprehensive roadmaps for necessary solutions, examine the legal and response structures in a target area referred to as “Paraguay,” and research cultural factors influencing victim responses. They also seek to develop training and educational programs for women and the broader populace, focusing on raising awareness and fostering empowerment in light of contemporary issues, such as needle spiking.

Accel's growth strategy emphasizes flexibility, targeting government contracts across various consulting NAICS codes. Their approach includes expanding into cybersecurity and software development, banking on social media marketing and word-of-mouth to generate revenue. They maintain that their competitive advantage lies in building sustainable economic ecosystems by collaborating with various stakeholders, including government and educational institutions.

Moreover, as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business, they are eligible for specific contracts that can expedite their funding process. Their team consists of experienced military personnel and motivated local individuals, supported by a Global Advisory Board that provides strategic guidance. This structure is designed to ensure sustainable growth, business resilience amidst economic challenges, and a commitment to rural scientific and technological development.

Our staff includes former members of the Air Force Inspector General who have read studies and reports of Department of Defense issues. Breaking the Cycle of Violence and Sexual Assault takes continual assessment and situational awareness. It will be decades countering the series of events which occurred with the Department of Defense recruiters and basic training staff. A series of training, exercises, and reinforcement over years is needed to reinforce what "knowledge" does to empower direction and put control in the hands of an individual, especially a young lady or woman. Now with the introduction of Needle Spiking, even awareness of an assault presents more challenging problems we are facing as a nation and a world. Accel can foster understanding and present alternative paths toward empowering women. Each area can develop exponentially with proper funding. However for the initial $125k plus $96K we can: 1. Mapping Roadmap of Solution Requirements 2. Mapping Roadmap of "Paraguay's" Legal and Response Infrastructure 3. Researching "Paraguay's" cultural identifiers and victim response history 4.
