House of Grace Nursing Facility, INC | Application Preview
House of Grace Nursing Facility, INC is seeking government grants to secure startup funding for purchasing a facility, supplies, and equipment. The business plan includes the ambitious goal of opening a second facility within five years.
This nursing facility aims to fill a unique gap in Oklahoma's healthcare landscape as there are currently no other facilities catering specifically to felons, sex offenders, and residents with mental health needs. House of Grace plans to generate revenue through Medicare and Medicaid billing and is in the process of establishing a contract with the Department of Corrections, which will provide a flat daily rate for each bed occupied.
The facility's competitive edge lies in its focus on a high-risk population often overlooked by other care providers. With the increasing number of older felons in Oklahoma who require medical care for chronic health issues, House of Grace is committed to addressing these needs. Additionally, there is a plan to allocate some beds for end-of-life care, further diversifying the service offering and enhancing its mission.

Business Plan
In 5 years I plan on opening a second facility. There is no facility in the state of Oklahoma like this facility. Our facility will target felons and sex offenders as well as mental health residents. Not only will we bill Medicare and medicaid we are working on a contract with the Department of Corrections. DOC will pay a flat rate per bed per day.

Self Identified Competition
There is no other facilities in Oklahoma that target this population. My facility is targeting a high risk population that other facilities will not care for. Felons population continues to grow higher in Oklahoma as well as their age. These offenders still have medical needs for their chronic illnesses. We also want to dedicate a number of beds to DOC for end of life care.
