We've developed a 5-year plan that will be our guide to scaling. Year 1, build book of business through free shoots, testimonials, organic marketing (SEO/SEM), film day-to-day workflow to use as content for social media channels. The free value year one will set us apart and show how well our services help agents/homeowners sell their homes. All earnings will be reinvested and used towards education, mentors, events, and equipment upgrades. Year 2 our focus will be bringing in more business, our first administrative assistant, first photographer on payroll, and creating transferable systems to implement a training process. Our systems are built to ensure training new hires is a process that can be learned and repeated. The most important systems will be workflow when taking photos, and the process to deliver finished product is efficient and ensures a quick turnaround. All profits will be reinvested to the business from year 2. Year 3 is our "pivot year". We will have a minimum of 5 employees; two photographers, one admin, one blog writer, and one videographer. My position as the owner will transition to a more focused leadership role. I will delegate more tasks while leading from the front, and cultivate a culture/work environment people want to be a part of. Another focus in year 3 is expanding into commercialized photo and video, i.e apartment and office buildings, strip centers, and larger scope aerial photo and video. Our videographer will record our processes daily to be used as content on all social channels to help spread business awareness. Profits will go to employees and business expansion. Year 4 we begin to scale our commercial services, which are at a premium price compared to our residential services, and hire more photographers, blog writers, and marketing personnel. This year we will begin to consider expansion into other markets depending on research. Which cities would be the best to; continue scaling, least barriers to entry, and competition in those areas. We will continue to operate fully and seek mentorship for further scaling the media firm. Profits from this year will be for employees and scaling business further. Year 5 will help solidify us in the market we started in by offering first in class service with a team of 10+. Excluding myself we will have minimum, 4 photographers, 2 admin assistants, 1 marketing manager, 2 blog writers, and 2 videographers on payroll The focus is to have social media channels generating almost all of our leads to boost revenue through services and AdSense through visitors to our sites. By this time we hope to have more services to offer as well as expand into different niches to bring in an array of different clients to increase revenue month-to-month. Depending on market rates we will increase prices. When we have enough market share we will set our own, independent of the market. Investors should see that I am an innovator and problem solver. Growth is always present in my life and investors who believe in me will see the power of passion to build solutions based businesses and brands that cultivate loyalty. I am a young and ambitious entrepreneur. My plans for our "simple" service based business go beyond the services themselves. I have developed additional processes to implement over time to increase revenue streams and annual gross income. Only service I have that differs is building websites for agents/homeowners of their home. 154Photography. Est. 2015 - 2nd largest and longest running media firm in Houston. Services vary in price, similar to my own, but they don't have service bundles. *Sales data not available* Goose Media is different because of the solutions we offer. There is more flexibility when choosing our services. We offer standalone services, prearranged service bundles, and 3 custom service bundles where clients can choose from 2-6 services to bundle together to better suit their needs for a property.
