LUXspaces LLC | Application Preview
LUXspaces LLC is seeking government grants to address financial challenges faced since establishing the business. The applicant has incurred around $1,000 in personal debt and is concerned about its impact on their family's future. Additionally, there is a need for a dedicated workspace for remote meetings, as current conditions at home are not conducive to a professional environment. Establishing a workspace would help boost confidence, especially following a recent unsuccessful pitch.
The business plan focuses on building a strong local presence by delivering exceptional customer service, which the applicant believes is more effective than traditional marketing. They aim to attract businesses through online advertising on platforms like Google and LinkedIn, and individuals through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
The reason for funding approval highlights the current economic landscape post-pandemic, where many businesses struggle to adapt to new conditions and technology. The applicant's services are positioned as vital support for these businesses in navigating future challenges.
In terms of competition, the applicant has experience working in a similar field but chose to branch out due to differing ethics with previous employers. They prioritize long-term solutions over short-term, subscription-based services that may not benefit clients. Their competitive edge lies in offering affordable, one-time solutions that aim for efficiency and effectiveness, allowing clients to focus on growth without constant maintenance.

Funding Usage
The price of an LLC and everything to protect my myself and my family financial, physically, and mentally from the realities of releasing your creation into the world is really hard to quantify but the cost is around $1,000 of personal debt I took on to establish my business. I am worried about this debt and what it means for our future. I also need more things to operate my business, that are not included in the cost of this $1000 I have already invested. I don't have a home office and my husband can make me have a private place to even hold remote meetings rather unreliable since he also is working from home half of the time. I was hoping to have a small budget for a we workspace so I can focus and meet my clients in a professional environment. I have imposter syndrome; I know this would go a long way emotionally to make me more confident. My pitch last week was very nerve racking and did not go well at all. I also want to start marketing my business, I believe it's an excellent time to enter the business market with a new model for marketing.

Business Plan
Establish my companies presence in the local community and provide excellent service. I believe just having a solid customer experience is better than any other kind of marketing. That means under promise and over deliver. My mother used this as her business plan and lead to a very successful online business. I plan on targeting B2B with online advertising through google, yelp, and linkedin. I plan on targeting individual consumers through face to face marketing, yelp, facebook, instagram, tiktok, and bereal. I The economy is in shambles, billionaires are becoming broke over night, all this after 2 years in a pandemic that rocked the economy. Many business have not been able to make the transition to post pandemic business. Some of those who have, are not adopting technology as fast as they need to in order to stay in business 5 years down the road. My B2B services are that assistance that these older business owners need in order to establish their foothold in the future. Also my business services are streamlined the best and therefore require little time investment for me, making it affordable for the business owner (client).

Self Identified Competition
I have worked for my competitors and I went out on my own because our business ethics did not align. I was doing too good of a job and was told to undo some of my work. I refused, obviously. I am not interested in creating problems for clients that have them in a racket that creates a subscription revenue, when I can solve the problem and leave it better and alone for a while. Less maintenance but more performance, that's my specialty. Optimizing not just marketing but your business, your life, your home. I create solutions for flat rates not rackets at subscription rates. If I did my job well, I may not see you for 3 months - 12 months because you are busy with all your new business. Contact me again, when you slow down.
