Crown Maintenance | Application Preview
Crown Maintenance is seeking government grants to fund the purchase of commercial property, which will house a Barber Shop and include leased space for other businesses. The funding will also support necessary maintenance and repairs for the property.
Over the next five years, the business plans to expand by recruiting additional barbers who share its growth-oriented vision. The ultimate goal is to acquire another commercial property, where a portion will be developed into a laundromat alongside the Barber Shop.
Crown Maintenance emphasizes its passion and determination as key reasons to approve the funding request, expressing a strong belief in accomplishing goals and contributing to job creation in the community. While competition primarily comes from other barbershops and mobile barbers, the business differentiates itself by aspiring to be more than just a barber shop owner—seeking to be a true entrepreneur and aiming to own entire plazas rather than simply renting.

Business Plan
In the next 5 years I plan to recruit more barbers that have the passion for growth that I do. I would like to obtain Another commercial property and repeat the same formula. At the next plaza I would like to turn a portion of it into a Laundry mat along with my Barber Shop Brand Because im really passionate and determined, I usually get all my goals accomplished. I dont mean to sound rude when say; I will figure out a way to get it done somehow. My hope is someone will recognize that and invest in that. I have a vision to accomplish a lot and to create jobs for the community.

Self Identified Competition
My only real competitor is other Barbershop. You have also have mobile barbers and barbers that work out of their homes. My ability to see a bigger picture, most barber shop owners are just barbers but I am seeking to be a entrepreneur. I would like to own the whole plaza not just rent out a space in the plaza.
