The Old Sombrero Coffee Roastery 96 | Government Grant Application

The Old Sombrero Coffee Roastery | Application Preview

The Old Sombrero Coffee Roastery is seeking government grants to fund the establishment of their coffee shop. The funding will primarily be used to purchase essential equipment, coffee beans, packaging materials, and branding elements such as logos.

The business aims to achieve significant growth within the next five years, with plans to introduce a commercial-sized espresso machine and grinder to expand their offerings to include drinks and food alongside freshly roasted coffee.

The applicant highlights his strong motivation and previous experience in roasting coffee, noting positive feedback from customers regarding the quality of the product.

While competitors in the area, such as Sand Creek Coffee, Free Space Coffee, and Buckskin Coffee, have established themselves longer, the applicant believes his passion for quality coffee and focus on smaller batches, which allows for more consistent roasting, gives him a competitive edge in the market.
