Top notch portables | Application Preview
Top Notch Portables is seeking government grants to fund the purchase of a service truck and additional assets, totaling $125,000. The investment in these resources will enable the business to expand and allow the owner to fully dedicate their efforts to achieving success.
The business plan involves a five-year collaboration with a company constructing a new Ford plant in Kentucky, aiming to grow to around 250 assets and two trucks. The focus will be on providing high-quality sanitation services, prioritizing cleanliness over being the largest or cheapest competitor.
The owner highlights their commitment to transparency and high standards, contrasting their dedication with previous employers who did not genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction. They are presently servicing 427 assets weekly and have documented guarantees from clients willing to switch if enough assets are available.
Competition includes A1 Porta Potty, Reliable Onsite, and Wastenow, all of whom lack the drive to actively seek new customers. Top Notch Portables aims to differentiate itself by ensuring top-notch cleanliness and service, motivated by a personal commitment to quality.
Additionally, the company plans to innovate by partnering with Giraffe Tools to enhance their operations and will document their entrepreneurial journey through a YouTube series, providing insights into building a business from the ground up.

Business Plan
5 yrs in talks with a company building new ford plant in ky. Plan to be up to around 250 assets and 2 trucks focusing on the industry standard of clean sanitation model and deliver on said promise. I don't want to be the biggest or cheapest I want to be the best... Worked for a company to claim to care about the benefit of customers and loe and mislead. I want to be honest I'm the best at what I do and when my doors open everyday I'm dedicated 200 percent to performing quality top notch service with whatever i decide to do

Self Identified Competition
1. A1 porta potty (current employer) Currently I service 427 assets a week and have guarantee papers from about 78 about 2/3 have 5 or more assets out at this time and willing to switch if I have the assets. 2.Reliable onsite, they are backed by united rentals they are ok but not motivated to go out and get new customers 3. Wastenow, they offered me a job and the drive is not there it is set n go. Out of all 3 none will expect a company out knocking on doors and then delivering on the promises made. I wouldn't allow anyone to use a bathroom if I wouldn't let my daughter sit there. The other people jist drive n go. Me, I have a setup to cleanly dispense chemical. I have built a relationship with giraffe tools and plan to become a beta tester and mobilize the product they have to offer. Best part I'm going to start a YouTube series of the day to day life of a new business owner from start to finish...
