Trinity Athletic Group LLC 1216196 | Government Grant Application

Trinity Athletic Group LLC | Application Preview

Trinity Athletic Group LLC is seeking government grants to fund various initiatives, including consolidating construction costs, replacing equipment, installing a new signage, and acquiring marketing capital for growth. The business has experienced a 30% growth post-COVID and anticipates a strong uptick in January, its peak month, with projections of acquiring over 300 clients in the next five years. This growth could yield monthly earnings exceeding $35,000, equating to $420,000 annually.

The company has demonstrated its ability to deliver high-quality fitness services, previously generating $165,000 annually in a smaller, 1,600 sq ft facility before relocating to a larger, 7,500 sq ft location that enhances growth potential. Despite facing construction delays shortly after moving, Trinity has still managed to grow over 30% in just six months.

The competitive landscape includes local gyms like Danbury CrossFit and CrossFit 203. However, Trinity's strategic location on a main road provides a higher drive-by volume, coupled with the distinction of being the largest and best-equipped facility in Danbury. The gym's superior programming and inclusive community have helped it capture clients from competing gyms. The request for funding is positioned as a means to accelerate growth and solidify Trinity's standing as a leading fitness provider in the area.

  • Business Plan

We grew 30% this year since COVID and we see an increase of people coming back into the fitness industry. We are at the break even point and january is the biggest month of the year. We can usually grow 10-20% in this month alone. Over the next 5 years, we look to be at over 300 clients conservatively. This will put us in a position to net in over $35,000 a month or $420,000 annually. We have the space, and the ability to do it, we just need a little capital to lean things out and to market so our growth can speed up. We have shown to deliver the best product in our area. When we were forced out of our last building due to COVID, we were only in a 1600 sq ft building and grossing $165,000 annually. We were always making money and we were stunted at 100 clients because we couldn't grow any further. Now, we are in a 7500 sq ft building with a greater ability to grow to 3-5x the amount of our last gym. We have a lot more equipment and poised as the number 1 gym in Danbury. We have only been there less than a year and constructioni prevented us from growing for 6-8 months. So, really we have grown over 30% in just 6 months. We are a great investment that always pays back our dues.

  • Self Identified Competition

Danbury CrossFit, CrossFit 203 and Bethel CrossFit. We are the only ones on a main road and have the highest drive by volume compared to any of the other gyms. We have the largest and best equipped facility in Danbury. We have the best programming and most inclusive community. We outperformed the competition when we were small and we have already gotten a lot of clients from those gyms as soon as we were accepting new clients.
